I gave a 5 Star even though the Sour Diesel has one negativity for me: It’s name. It should be called: Paradise I didn’t like the name so I finally had one joint and it’s not like the others, it’s better than all the rest.

Diesel diesel diesels ❤️❤️❤️ Oh how I love a diesel!!! I’ve smoked this one and used in distillate form too and diesel will always be my fave even if I prefer indica & hybrids. Even when I’m choosing my flower at the dispensary, if it’s got that gassy smell 👃 I don’t even hesitate to buy it. Diesels always help my pain and energy level with my MS and multiple types of nerve pain.

It’s strong weed it smells amazing the high is good for creativity and clear head as well. I had a batch that literally made me fall asleep. Idk what was different about that Sour Diesel but it got me really stoned and sleepy.

This is such a great strain, for both day and/or night activities. All of the positive stuff that consumers are saying about this strain is true. I’ve been a long time fan of the ‘Sour Diesel’ strain lineage, so when I came across this ‘NYC Sour Diesel’ (aka, and even more properly known as simply, NYC Diesel) I had to try it. At the time, I was living outdoors in Auburn Washington. So I had to take a long bus trip to Seattle Washington to purchase this from the OZ dispensary (Big Ups OZ), and my oh my was I pleased with both the price and the effects of my purchase. I immediately became a fan of this ‘NYC Diesel’, which has been very very hard to find, until now. This strain definitely has traits, in both its look and effects, that are reminiscent to the more classic ‘Sour Diesel’, with the addition of some plusses over Sour Diesel (less cough (it’s much smoother on the lungs) and it’s highly praised, Paranoia FREE effects); don’t sleep though, this strain is still a heavy hitter. Summary: This is just truly a great strain, that I so thank God, for those that created this particular strain. I hope that it stickies (lol) around for many many years to come. GENESIS 1:11-12 and 1:29-31! Peace and Blessings, my fellow herbsman and herbswoman.

If you’re looking for a well-balanced hybrid that has a great flavor and effects, this is it. It has all the best features of its parents and has a super sour taste that practically sticks to your tongue after toking. One of my faves for a Saturday morning.

For those who don’t get body highs, this strain is the ultimate exercise partner. No, I’m serious – just a couple of hits off a 510 vape cart and I can burn several hundred calories in an hour via endurance walk/jog. Amazing stuff, and I never work out without it.

I’ve smoked Sour Diesel first in Amsterdam in 2006. It was there that I was first introduced to this beautiful strain. I will say with confidence this strain removes the pain! It’s available to me regularly here in the Philadelphia PA. and surrounding areas. The price $45.00 per 1/8th is a little on the high end, but worth every penny. Try it, you’ll like it.

It’s perfect in the way that it offers a great uplifting sativa high without the heavy tiredness of indica yet also doesn’t make my mind race with overly anxious or sometimes as some describe paranoid thoughts. Very enjoyable.

I have been in pain management for 30 years,was taking 30mg oxycodone 4 times a day,30mg morphine,valium,xanax,and a muscle relaxant.Need to say ,a lot of pills.With the NYSD I take 10mg oxy 3 x a day,no other pills.This strain is good to relax muscles ,help pain,and not be sleepy.I love this strain!

The only thing to add is that for me, it should be named Diesel Dream. It gives me energy and gets me going, but I am a passenger, not the driver. I seem to “float” through my day. I couldn’t focus on anything very well…I also didn’t care either lol. Great daytime strain if you have a light day. If you need to be at the computer working all day and focusing…GOOD LUCK!! Although I guarantee you will at least enjoy staring at your work while your mind goes all over the place (but always a happy place).
